Do you sell to the General Public?

Although we receive many requests, we do not currently sell our lip balms to the general public. Our goal is to create a useful and memorable promotional product for businesses.

We appreciate your support and encourage you to contact the company from which you received our lip-balms and give them feedback about our products and most importantly their services.

I have filled out the online order form when do I pay?

In an effort to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction, no payment is required until you have approved the label art, and your order moves to production. After you submit your order online, a representative will contact you with further details.

How long does it take for my company to receive our order?

Typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks after you have approved label artwork. When we get confirmation that you have received your order, we will follow up with you once again to ensure that your order met your expectations.

Do you accept returns

Since we provide a service with custom artwork (non-reusable) all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your label art before signing off on it for accuracy.

Can I submit my own artwork?

Yes, you can submit your own artwork; however, it is important to note that all supplied artwork is final, and no revisions will be made. Please ensure that your designer checks for proper sizing, printable space, color proofing, and registration before submitting your custom label.
