Returns Policy

Because our products are customized and cannot be resold, all sales are final. We encourage all customers to inspect and review their order for accuracy in label design, order quantity, flavor, etc., before signing off on the final proof and final purchase order.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 24 hours after production has been completed. Production time typically takes 3-4 weeks after final approval has been received for both label art and final purchase order.
