Instructions for Online Orders: (Click Here to Start)

1. Fill out the online order and graphics forms.
2. Upload your logo files.
3. Once we review your order, we will give you a call to finalize payment information.
4. Once your order proofs have been approved and signed off, expect your order in 3-4 weeks.

Instructions for Fax Orders: (Click Here to Download)

1. Download and print the order and graphics forms.
2. Complete the forms and fax them to 801.272.8182.
3. Email your logo files to:  amyec68@comcast.net.
4. Once we receive your order and graphics forms, we will send you a final proof for your approval.
5. Carefully review, sign, and fax back to 801.272.8182.
6. Once the order is signed off, expect your order in 3-4 weeks.
